Replace the ordinary motor with a servo motor, and combine it with pressure/position sensors to achieve real-time closed-loop regulation of pressure, speed and position. The movement curve of the slider can be customized according to the process, breaking through the limitations of the traditional fixed curve.

Structure and Adaptability

Three beams and four columns or frame structure, highly rigid fuselage (after welding and aging treatment), supports customized workbench size and closing height, suitable for heavy-duty / precision molding requirements, open operation space facilitates mold loading and unloading.

Intelligent programming and monitoring

PLC + touch screen control, capable of storing multiple sets of process formulas, supporting segmented pressure application, precise pressure retention, and multi-stage speed adjustment. It can monitor the pressure-displacement curve in real time, facilitating process optimization and quality traceability.
