Recently, Yiduan announced that its independently developed 250MN intelligent forging press has successfully signed a batch purchase order from a major European equipment giant. The first three sets of equipment have been completed and shipped, and will be officially put into use at the production base in Hamburg, Germany next month. This is the first time that China's super-large intelligent forging press has entered the core market of Europe, marking that domestic forging equipment has gained international high-end customer recognition in terms of technical standards and performance indicators, and has become a new brand for "Made in China" to go global.
It is introduced that the 250MN intelligent forging press exported this time is a product customized and developed based on the demand of European high-end manufacturing. On the basis of retaining the core technology of "intelligent sensing + digital twin", the modular design and low-carbon environmental protection performance of the equipment have been further optimized. The equipment adopts the latest EU environmental protection standards, with unit energy consumption reduced by 18% compared to international similar products, carbon emission intensity decreased by 22%, and at the same time, through a multi-language intelligent operating system and remote maintenance platform, it meets the requirements of European customers for equipment flexibility and service response speed.
"The European market is the trendsetter for global high-end equipment manufacturing. This cooperation has undergone 18 months of technical verification and qualification review." The person in charge of the enterprise's international trade department said that the equipment will mainly be used for the production of aerospace components and new energy vehicle chassis forgings for European customers. Its ±0.02 millimeter processing accuracy and 99.9% equipment stability have successfully passed multiple rounds of strict on-site tests by customers, defeating traditional equipment enterprises from Germany and Italy as competitors.
Industry analysis points out that the entry of domestic intelligent forging presses into the European market not only breaks the long-term monopoly of European and American enterprises in the global high-end forging equipment field, but also promotes the transformation of China's equipment manufacturing industry from "product export" to "technology output". With the expansion of overseas markets, it will further drive the international upgrading of the domestic forging equipment industry chain and enhance China's voice in the global high-end manufacturing field.
It is learned that the enterprise has set up an European service center in Germany and plans to increase the annual sales proportion of overseas high-end markets to 30% within the next two years. At the same time, relying on overseas cooperation experience, it will continuously iterate and optimize product technology to build a globally competitive intelligent forging equipment brand.
